On the May 8th, 2015 in Sisak and May 13th, 2015 in Novska a workshop was held titled "Business communication-written business communication."
In the business world it is important to present a company through professional communication, to provide an understanding within the team and improve business results. Communication skills means business success, and is particularly important in business management, sales, customer relationships, relations with users, and in daily teamwork. Written business communication is communication in which the means of transmitting a messages is through written word, and accounts for about 70% of the total business communication. Accordingly users were familiarised with the basic rules of written business communication, advantages and disadvantages, possibilities of presenting in printed and electronic form, the types of business letters and composing skills of different types of letters, records, certificates and the like.

Topic: The skills of active job search
On 05.07.2015. in Sisak, and 12.05.2015. in Novska, the first in a series of workshops were held on the topic "skills of active job search."

The workshops discussed the ways and possibilities of information on job vacancies, how to stay motivated, how to write a good quality resume and cover letter for a job; and the importance of motivation letter and good preparation for the interview.
